The children had an amazing day celebrating European Day of Languages! They enjoyed trying a range of new foods and had lots of fun completing activities based on European flags and maps. A fantastic day of exploring different countries and cultures!

Our Year 2 children have been hard at work learning about place value, focusing on tens, ones and flexible partitioning.

Growing Our Own! Earlier this year, our children planted a variety of seeds and have taken such great care of them with plenty of love, watering and patience. Now, all that hard work has paid off and we have grown a wonderful array of vegetables! Today Spruce class helped to harvest some of what they had grown, they cannot wait to try them! A huge well done to all our little gardeners for their hard work and dedication. We are very proud of our growing garden!

The children have been making the most of their new environment, exploring our new art area and getting creative with a range of materials! They have also loved developing their ideas through construction during exploring time.
